Pak Actor Mawra Hocane Visits Rishi Kapoor In New York; Actors Calls Her Gesture “Sweet”
Rishi Kapoor who is undergoing treatment in New York had a new visitor in the form of Pakistan actor Mawra Hocane
Rishi Kapoor who is to be in New York for his treatment has been visited by several friends and family. Many family, friends and celebrities from across the film fraternity and business world have been there for Rishi Kapoor to keep him happy and entertained.
Recently, Rishi Kapoor tweeted a picture with Pakistani actor Mawra Hocane, who was seen in the film Sanam Teri Kasam. In the 2016 film, Mawra played the role of Saraswati "Saru" Parthasaarthy who is an extremely traditional, young librarian, who gets rejected by many suitors who find her "old-fashioned" and "unappealing". Mawra visits the veteran actor in New York along with friend Khatija. Rishi Kapoor took to Twitter to share his happiness which read,”She is the famous actor from Pakistan, Mawra Hocane (left) and her friend Khatija. Sweet of them to visit us”.
Rashmi Uday Singh, TV host and the author also recent posted a picture and a few videos of Rishi Kapoor and his family. Along with Rishi Kapoor joined him wife Neetu Kapoor, daughter Riddhima and granddaughter Samara at NewYork’s popular restaurant Perrine, enjoying the dinner by Chef Ashfer Biju. Recently, the 102 Not out director Umesh Shukla along with his team of writers, Abhijat Joshi and Saumya Joshi were spotted dining with the veteran actor and his wife at New York’s most popular Italian restaurant. Actors like Shahrukh Khan, Anupam Kher, Aamir Khan, Deepika Padukone, Priyanka Chopra, Vicky Kaushal and many others have also visited Rishi Kapoor.
In April, Randhir Kapoor, brother of the actor also confirmed that the actor is ‘cancer free’ and will be home in a few months. Rishi Kapoor is now Cancer-free, but needs to go through bone-marrow transplant.
However, the journey has not been smooth; the actor is at New York, undergoing treatment along with wife Neetu Kapoor for the past 8 months. Neetu Kapoor has stood by the actor like a Rock in his tough times, and his children Riddhima and Ranbir have been his shoulders.
